Return & Refund Policy


Our policy lasts 10 days. If 10 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

We take utmost care in packing our products to withstand extreme courier handling. In spite of this if you have received, faulty or damaged product, please inform us within 24 hours of receiving the product by filling the online form here.

We will pay courier expenses to pickup your product from your shipping address to our office, only if the product has been damaged in transit and we have satisfactorily established so. In case of all reasons except transit damage for returning a product, the reverse courier expenses for sending the product back to us has to borne by you.

If you return request is accepted and we have to pay the expense of reverse shipping, pick-ups will be arranged from the address the product was delivered to initially. Product won’t be picked up from an alternate address under any circumstances.

If your return request is accepted and you have to ship the product back to us at your expense, please use our address here as the delivery destination.

You can contact us for requesting a return by filling the details in the online form here on our website. You will be contacted within 2 business days of submitting the form to provide a status update on your return request.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)

Book with obvious signs of use

CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened.

Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

Any item that is returned more than 10 days after delivery


Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then you will receive a credit in your account to make an alternate purchase of your choice. We may also issue you a gift certificate or coupon in the denomination of the refunded amount to help you make an alternate purchase from our store at We do not issue refunds back to the customers bank account or payment instrument (credit card, debit card, NetBanking etc.)

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.


At our sole discretion we may allow you to exchange certain category of products, provided the product being returned meets our criteria mentioned on this page and we have enough stock of the product you would like to buy.


If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.


Products that are to be returned by you at your expense (with the exception of products damaged in transit) needs to be mailed to our address here.

In all such cases, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

For all return items shipped by you, you should consider using a proof of shipment, trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
